Project Mars is a 295-foot concept yacht that is supposed to cost 161.8 million dollars. It’s features are almost endless including a glass bridge, an onyx fireplace, a formal dining room, a bar, helipad, children’s quarters, and even an enclosed garden full of living plants.

The Octopus is the current megayacht owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, and it’s even bigger than the Tatoosh. The Octopus was launched in 2003 and measures 414 feet, more than a hundred feet longer than Paul Allen’s previous yacht. The Octopus features a master cabin that has a walk in closet, a bar, whirlpool, and study. Other parts of the boat include a glass bottom swimming pool, a wood burning fireplace, two helipads, a submarine, a miniature doctor’s office, and dental office. Possibly the most unbelievable feature of the Octopus is that it has a complete recording studio that has reportedly been used by Duran Duran and Paul McCartney.

The Rising Sun is a motor yacht built in 2004 for Larry Ellison, the CEO of Oracle Corporation and was last refitted in 2007. This is the 11th largest Yacht in the world and has changed ownership to David Geffen who has owned half a share of the yacht since 2006. It is easily one of the most impressive ships at 453 feet or 138 meters.

With a 295 feet length and originally belonging to the Russian billionaire Suleiman Kerimov. The ship is equipped with a diesel-electric power engine and can reach high speeds of 18 knots while remaining one of the greenest yachts in the world. Ice won Superyacht of the Year at the 2006 World Superyacht Awards.

This ship is owned by Qatar’s former Prime Minister. The yacht has a length of 133 meters and is one of the largest motor yacht ever. The Al Mirqab can accommodate 24 guests in 10 different guest suites and two VIP suites for the owner of the yacht. It also has a pretty sizable crew of 55. The amenities include multiple bars, a theater, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and helipad.

It can accommodate 20 guests but requires a crew of 54 and is so tall it needs several elevators to get to the top.

It is basically a floating mini-city that would require a crew of 70 to maintain and run. It is modeled to look like the gardens outside the Monaco Casino and include internal waterfalls, arched windows, a cafe, and faux rivers.
